Requirements for Students from Other Institutions Seeking Admission to UH and specifying a major in Computer Engineering Technology, Electrical Power Engineering Technology, or Mechanical Engineering Technology must meet the requirements listed below:
- 2.0 or greater cumulative GPA in all PHYSICS courses
- 2.0 or greater cumulative GPA in all MATH courses
- Must have successfully completed at least one of the following college-level math courses: MATH 1330, MATH 1431, or MATH 1432.
Requirements for current UH Students Seeking a Major Change to Computer Engineering Technology, Electrical Power Engineering Technology or Mechanical Engineering Technology.
UH students seeking a major change to Computer Engineering Technology, Electrical Power Engineering Technology, or Mechanical Engineering Technology must satisfy the requirements above and:
- 2.0 or greater cumulative GPA in all MAJOR coursework attempted.
