Spring Term 2018 - Session 4

Admission		Application deadlines can be found on line at Admissions under the application process for your specific admission status: freshman, transfer, international, or graduate
Enrollment		For enrollment periods by classification, please visit the Enrollment Schedule on line. Student-specific enrollment appointment will be posted to myUH when the course schedule is made available.
Financial Aid Applications		Information is available from the Costs and Financial Aid area of the UH website.
Payment and Refund Deadlines		Timing is critical to University payment and refund processes. Please review the information on line at: Student Business Services.
Graduation Application Deadlines		Regular Filing Period Monday, November 6, 2017 - Friday, February 23, 2018 Must apply for graduation via myUH account. Late Filing Period Saturday, February 24, 2018 - Friday, March 23, 2018 Must apply for graduation via myUH account.
Thesis/Dissertation Deadlines		Monday, May 14, 2018 Deadline for completed submission and final approval of thesis or dissertation.
NOTE: College Commencements		Please see the current UH Commencement information. These events are ceremonies hosted separately by each College (or Department) and usually occur at the conclusion of the Fall and Spring terms. Dates for the commencement events vary by College. Please check with your College as early as possible. For information about individual college ceremonies, visit the College Commencements website.

February 2018	20	Tuesday First day of classes.
	22	Thursday Last day to add a class.
	23	Friday ORD - Official Reporting Day Last day to drop a course or withdraw without receiving a grade. Last day to drop a course without hours counting towards the Enrollment Cap for Texas Residents. NOTE: Tuition is higher for hours in excess of the cap.

March 2018	12-17	Monday - Saturday Spring holiday.
	19	Monday Last day to drop a course or withdraw with a ‘W’.
	31	Saturday Last day of classes.

April 2018	2	Monday Final examination period. See: Current Final Exam Schedule
	2	Monday Official closing of the session.
	4	Wednesday Deadline for faculty to post Final Grades in myUH.
