Scholarships and Financial Aid - Engineering

The college awards four-year scholarships based on academic performance in amounts ranging from $500 to $5,000 per year for beginning students. Currently enrolled and transfer students may also be eligible for college awards and for other scholarships through their major departments. Applications for engineering scholarships are available in the Engineering Dean’s Office (room E421-D3) or by calling 713-743-4200.

All undergraduate students Technology majors are encouraged to apply for Technology Division scholarships. Some scholarships are based on academic merit, some are based on financial need, and some are based on a combination of merit and financial need. The scholarship donor and the college establish the specific criteria for each scholarship. Students need only fill out one application to be considered for scholarships for which they are eligible. In addition, the Technology Division has relationships with many outside organizations who award scholarships to our students.
