PHAR 5374 - Pharmacy Law & Ethics

Cr. 3. (3-0)
Prerequisite: Third year standing in the College of Pharmacy or consent of the instructor. The study of federal and state laws, rules, and regulations, and case law which govern and control the practice of pharmacy. The course also includes the ethical implications of modern pharmacy practice.
