PHCA 6312 - Pharmacoeconomics in Outcomes Research

Cr. 3. (3-0)
Prerequisite: graduate standing or consent of instructor. This course focuses on the economic methods used in evaluating drug therapy decisions. The course will cover the tools needed to assess the costs and outcomes of medications and pharmacy services. Emphasis will be on disease-state management issues with examples from pharmaceutical outcomes research.
