ECON 7392 - Economic History Credit Hours: 3.0 (Lecture Contact Hours:3; Lab Contact Hours:0) Prerequisite: or consent of instructor. This course examines the economic history of the United States, Europe, and Asia using the New Institutional Economics to explain economic growth and institutional change in these regions, particularly focusing on the different models of growth that have emerged in North America, Europe, and Asia.
