PSYC 8324 - Job Attitudes: Theory and Measurement

Prerequisite: consent of the instructor.
Provides an overview of the history and evolution of attitude theory and measurement in general and a review of theories and measures encountered in job-related attitudes, such concepts as job satisfaction, job involvement and organizational commitment.
