COSC 6301 - Introduction to Computer Science

Credit Hours: 3.0 (Lecture Contact Hours:3; Lab Contact Hours:0)
Prerequisite: graduate standing, knowledge of one programming language, and one of the following: MATH 1431, PHIL 2321 or consent of instructor.
Credit may not be applied toward a degree in computer science. Digital computers, algorithms, and programming; procedure and assembly language; definition and transformation of information structures and their representations in digital computers.
