STAT 6361 - Introduction to Management Science

Credit Hours: 3.0 (3-0)
Prerequisite: graduate standing.
An introduction to quantitative models and methods for business decisions. Deterministic decisions under constraints, including linear programming and its applications, inventory control, and project scheduling. Decisions under uncertainty, including forecasting, simulation, and decision analysis.
