PSYC 8323 - Organizational Climate and Culture

Credit Hours: 3.0 (3-0)
Prerequisite: graduate standing in Psychology or consent of the instructor.
Review of the history, evolution and relationships among such concepts as organizational culture and climate and psychological climate. The emphasis is on research and applied issues related to these concepts and their role in behavior, organizational performance and organizational development and change.
