Prerequisite: Declared major in the Department of Earth and Atmospheric Sciences and GEOL 1103, GEOL 1303 and credit for or concurrent enrollment in GEOL 3130.
Corequisite: GEOL 3130.
Description
Principles and methods of interpreting fossils, including functional morphology, systematics, paleoecology, paleoceanography, evolution, biostratigraphy, and paleobiogeography.

Note: Prior credit for BIOL 1306 and BIOL 1307 and/or GEOL 1304 and GEOL 1104 are strongly recommended.
