Description
Analysis of event management focusing on sports and entertainment venues such as Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, Theatres, Sporting Stadiums, Outdoor Spaces, Festivals, and Concert Halls. Students will be given an overview of all functions such as coordinating bookings, supervising operations, site security and safety, ground and property maintenance, venue pricing packages, coordination with clients, event logistics, and marketing. Mega events such as the Super Bowl, the Olympics, and World Cup will also be explored.
