Prerequisite: CHEM 1301  and CHEM 1302  or consent of instructor.

Chemistry and biology of wines, beers, distilled spirits, and cordials. Standards of quality, processing, storage, service, and sensory standards as they relate to the four categories of alcoholic beverages and the various types of products within each category.
