PSYC 4375 - Applied Organizational Development

Credit Hours: 3.0 (Lecture Contact Hours:3; Lab Contact Hours:0)
Prerequisite: PSYC 1300  and at least junior standing, or consent of instructor.

Focuses on the concepts and practice of changing real organizations. Includes study of change techniques and skill exercises for intervention and consultation.
