Junior standing

Required Courses: 15 semester credit hours

MANA 3335 - Introduction to Organizational Behavior and Management Credit Hours: 3.0

And the following twelve hours:

MANA 4330 - Introduction to Human Resource Management Credit Hours: 3.0
MANA 4341 - Leading Organizational Change Credit Hours: 3.0
MANA 4346 - Leadership Development Credit Hours: 3.0
MANA 4347 - Ethics and Corporate Social Responsibility Credit Hours: 3.0
Or any other leadership-related management courses at the 4000-level (consult management advisor for an approved list).

Note(s):

Students cannot count the 4000-level courses toward both the Leadership minor and toward their business major requirements or another business minor. These courses can, however, be used to meet advanced business elective requirements.
